Our automatic block ice machine is a type of direct cooling block ice machines (also called direct evaporation block ice machines). By adopting aluminum evaporator that features efficient thermal conductivity, this block ice machine with direct evaporation system works based on the principle of direct heat exchange with refrigerant, therefore fast ice formation is achieved and the block ice has slow melt rate.
The block ice machine is capable of accomplishing automatically adding water into ice molds, automatic ice making and automatic ice harvesting, eliminating the need for manual operation. This direct cooling block ice machine can make ice block directly without via brine water, the ice molds can be used for a long time without change. Ice blocks produced by this machine are safe and sanitary, which completely conform to food standards. Modular design of the ice machine provides easy operation, small footprint and simple installation, all users have to do is supply the water and electricity.
